“ I love hole in the wall places, the little bars that are gems for their own reasons. The lake is beautiful and the food was very good. The cook is extremely talented, the type of food you know he has hella training under his belt. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, not asking what was on it I was shocked nothing but the meat. I kind of regretted not asking for cheese and onions, and then the prime rib blew me away. Probably the best prime rib I've ever had. I'd say for the price bigger portions would help, not much under 13.00, but good food in an old bar atmosphere. Stop for the food, the view, and the dog in the bar, it is a quaint lil place we even threw a line off the dock at before leaving. Gluten free options were slim, but dang if the cook didn't do his best and whip up an awesome broiled walleye dinner on the fly, now that's service. ”

“ Nice restaurant on the lake. Finally got back since the new owners took over. The menu remained the same but service is much better and food quality is drastically improved. The place is neat and clean with a beautiful view of the lake on the patio. Hoping they will put better patio furniture out in the spring. Would highly recommend going here for a nice meal my wife had the fish sandwich and I had a barbecue burger with onion rings on and tater tots. Very good. Watch out for there 1 million Scoville hot sauce someone tried it while we were there just one drip burnt his face! Phill ”
